It was truly an excellent course and I learned a lot of really helpful tricks that I hope to use in my day-to-day work.

I really enjoyed this course, I wasn't sure what to expect as haven't done much training before. My colleague did it in person and I was a bit reluctant to do online incase I didn't get as much from it (I needed to do online because of childcare restraints). I felt like it was still interactive even though remote. The topics covered were the areas I needed to cover and will really help me moving forwards. Thank you!

The course was useful, engaging and informative. It would be interesting to gauge what a full days course would be like. It would also be useful for whole committees or teams to do so everyone is on the same page.

I thought very good, I liked the exercise and chance to hear first hand how colleagues take their minutes.

Happy with the training and the facilitator. Learned about the different styles of minute-taking and that ultimately it’s subjective - there’s not one right way to write minutes. It’s important to note down key points and actions and make minutes succinct.
