Exceed expectations

The course meets my expectation. I will ask all my deputy ward manager to come on the course. It is of great value.

I found the course was very interesting and informative. The facilitator was very good at explaining in easy to understand language. She was very helpful and patient. The food and refreshments was very nice and a nice enviornment to work in.

I really enjoyed the course and there was a lot of topics covered that I will be taking away with me to use. Ben was a great facilitator and I enjoyed how interactive the course was.

I learnt a lot and believe this'll contribute to my personal growth as well as professional
