It was really helpful and explained in details. I liked how the facilitator (Ede) tasked us to try the steps ourselves first and directed us through series of questions to help us get the answers and then based on our false steps and her guidance we found the right answers. This helps to remember things easier.

I was very grateful to be able to attend today's workshop. I came from a place of very little knowledge so I feel like I learned a lot and will be able to start implementing many of the ideas shared pretty much immediately.

The course trainer was flexible to our needs, and added things that we all needed. (She could have said "you'll have to sign up for another course to find that out") She also sent extra information.

Very enjoyable, day gone quickly

Enjoyable course at a good pace to suit all. Everything very well explained so was able to understand how all the functions worked. Will be using what I have learnt today going forward in everyday office.

I have had training before at Happy and it was a good experience then and I was a good day today as well. It is really nice to feel pampered and looked after (good food and snacks) as well as having a good facilitator.
