Absolutely brilliant training session! One of the best training days I have had the pleasure to complete. Daphne made the course fun, interactive and engaging, as a result I will remember what was taught as well as encourage others to attend future sessions. This is an absolute must for ALL members of the organisation and should be renewed yearly.

Insightful training. Learnt a lot about how to use some of features on Dynamics. There were features and functionalities on there that I wasn't aware and knowing this will help deliver my work efficiently. Learnt how to set goals and objectives on the HR portal.

good communication and patience

It was great I learnt a lot about how I work and how others work and to be able to create a much more efficient workflow and I'm using what I've learnt in my studies for NEBOSH Fire Safety certificate which has also helped me enormously.

Really good course. I wasn't sure how engaging a day training session on Excel would be but it was great, the course was broken up into manageable sections with long breaks. The lunch was tasty and good snacks. The instructor was also really helpful and friendly, going at exactly the right pace.

I really enjoyed this session and can't wait to attend the next level. Covering Level 1 material helped me solidify the basic knowledge I had and learn some new shortcut and skills to enhance my spreadsheets.
