Great course and Rachael was a great presenter. Having MCS resources to review on the course was really useful . Breakouts rooms were really good to discuss real life practices and issues.

I enjoyed today's session and feel like it was a fitting end to the course. We have covered a lot of context and there have been many useful tips/tricks and ideas shared by the groups.

I have thoroughly enjoyed all of the sessions and found it a very beneficial course. Being new to leadership, i didn't know what sort of leader i would be.....so It has made me reflect on who I am, what I am capeable of and what I would like to develop.
