Sal was a great teacher who kept everyone engaged which can be difficult on a Zoom session. She explained everything really well and made sure we all understood before moving on.

The course was very comprehensive and at the right pace, it's great that it has so many resources to practice and the handbook is extremely useful.

She created a relaxed and inclusive virtual learning space while striking the right balance to ensure all participants remained engaged throughout. Everyone was actively involved.
