Enjoyable and needed refresher of CRM system, my colleagues have learnt a lot whilst this session has given me a good refresher.

I actually really enjoyed today's session, and usually I do not like interactive sessions. The trainer really made me feel at ease and comfortable. There was the right amount of people in the session.
