As always a fantastically facilitated session with Cathy. I felt we made more progress in this one session than we have on our own over several months!
Was a good session, although we didn't get through the agenda. I think it was valuable to spend time where it was needed, but have only given 4 stars for structure/pace and objectives. Maybe we were too ambitious, maybe we needed a longer session, or perhaps we should have time-boxed the responses to each person's answers.
The course was organised and run very well, with enough time to practice and good amount of short breaks which helped productivity.
I wish we had been told everything we learnt today, right at the start of the course.
I found the role plays really useful, and unexpectedly insightful!
