The breakout sessions were a great opportunity to think about/self-reflect on my own style.

The overall program today was excellent. DJ engaged the learners. Interesting subjects and tools given to practice.

Good course although many times the group discussion over ran and went off topic which meant not all the topics were not covered.

I thought today was great - I would have just liked a bit more time spent on more challenging conversations and what to do if not everything immediately works or goes to plan

I enjoyed the session, both the content of the course and meeting members of the team I haven't met previously. It was good to hear the views, experiences and passion of colleagues across the branch.

Isobel is a credit to herself and Happy. She has the most engaging and welcoming manner. I was especially in awe of her listening amd assimilation skills. Her enthusiasm is joyful. She is such a great role model for me.

I really enjoyed the course particularly the use of postcards to explain thoughts and start discussions.
