I am a positive person and always try to see the positives, I'm not sure about this exercise today just feels like a task that only the trustees and managers have control about the outcome and decision making, it was not even explained clearly what the day was going to be about.

Serena had a challenging job of managing a lot of different experience levels within our cohort. Despite being the most familiar with Power BI in our cohort, I still learned a lot over the two-day course. Serena was very good at answering questions, even if I was looking at a different section to everyone else. It was very useful to go over sharing reports in a lot of detail at the end of the course.

Sal was great - animated and made it look easy to understand. She offered to troubleshoot when we could not follow.

Very happy with the course, enjoyed the pace and we were able to discuss anything we weren't sure on.

The pace was a little fast for me but I learned a lot and the facilitator was lovely. Good, worthwhile experience.

Great overview of the software pitched at the right level to get a beginner started

As a beginner when it comes to Power BI Serena took her time to describe and show every step as well as allowing all of us to show our screen and go through the various exercises.
