Today's session was very informative and engaging. We were provided with a detailed explanation of how the end point assessment works, what is expected from us, and how to prepare effectively. Instead of just reading through the material, which could have been tedious, the quiz session added an interactive element that made the learning process more interesting and helped reinforce the key points. This approach not only made the session enjoyable but also enhanced our understanding and retention of the information

Really great course!

Gill was really excellent - I never thought I'd enjoy a full day of excel training so much! There was the perfect balance between quickly getting through material, but stopping to take questions and clarify things as well. She also engaged us and involved us in the session without it being too onerous. Really excellent session! And great explanations for how to do everything.

Really made me think hard.

Paul made the session feel very calm and non-judgemental. At the start of the day, I was concerned I wouldn't have much to contribute as the topic is new to me, but he made it feel fairly easy to feedback, made sure everyone was involved, and took on board everyone's answers without a feel of one being right/wrong. Perhaps there could have been a little more at the beginning around expectations for the day - I had only had the name of the course given to me, and thought it sounded interesting but didn't quite know how the day would look. Overall, fantastic with some key snippets of learning to take away, use in day to day work and life and to try and find the time to research further. Good mix of learning styles too - with videos, discussions, slides, questions etc. Thanks
