Christine was patient with me when I got lost a couple of times and with her help managed to get back on track. Pace was good though and covered quite a few sections. Was able to distinguish between browser and OneDrive as often got muddled as to which section I was in. Feel more confident and knowledgeable and will put what I've learnt into operation.
Well put together training, taking us through active examples with participation encouraged.
Sal was fabulous, very informative and engaging with the way things were explained, she spent extra time with me during her lunch break to ensure that I was up to date with the session. I am hoping I can use the skills that I have learnt in my everyday work. Would absolutely love to have the chance to learn from Sal again

Sal was a great teacher and made sure that everybody had chance to practice their Excel skills and get involved in the discussion. I feel like I've learnt a lot today because it was an interactive course that encourages you to practice as you go along. Definitely would recommend a training course with Sal for future!
I always find training at Happy extremely helpful. The trainer is always well informed and paces the course well.
