very well faciliated and a great mix of ways to communicate and share the training.

Facilitator was one of the best I've even seen at involving people, none of that ridiculous 'ooOOoooOO - I'm going to have to start picking on you' nonsense, literally just straight in - calling on people - with the assumption that of course we would want to engage. Adult ego state! It was a great session and I'm looking forward to the next one, really enjoyed meeting all my colleagues too (the Library is so vast I literally only knew one other person on the call). I would really like a session tailored session that drilled specifically into my situation as a manager and team - I understand that would be beyond the scope of a workshop, but maybe that is something Happy could consider as another offering (or already does).

The trainer seemed to be struggling for content

There did not seem to be enough content to fill 2 90 minute sessions.

Very well structured and lots of space for sharing and learning together as a team. Good knowledge and practical tools that can be applied at all management levels.

I found the course informative & interesting. There was good interaction between the attendees and the Facilitator (Rachael W) The course was run very well and had sufficient breaks and discussions, to keep it interesting.
