Very good and informative course

Well presented and lots to learn. An interesting course for any looking to develop their confidence.

The session was very useful overall. I have identified a few different techniques that I think will help me at work. The session covered a wide range of strategies and suggestions for building confidence.

The session was really informative.

I found the induction excellent, felt supported and Maureen is fantastic. It was great to be in a room with like-minded people, I felt energised, excited and can't wait for the November session :-)

In my personal opinion, the facilitator (Maureen) made the group feel comfortable and welcome, also engaging with the group at every opportunity. She has already started to get the group to gel, and multiagency support network is starting to form during the early stages of this course.

Really enjoyable. Instructor was really informative and on point. Answered all the questions and interacted with everyone.

Enjoyed the course and good pace as well. Liked encouragement to help others on the course.

the only thing was the time, it went so quick. I just wanted to continue as there is so much everyone wanted to share.
