Excellent course - great ice breaker - very interactive - made a potentially dull subject really interesting and engaging - useful information and tips fo rthe future

It exceeded my expectations. I was not expecting the class to be so interactive. Very happy it was because I was engaged from beginning to end .

Great training session today. Paul kept me very engaged and I have 100% came away with knowledge I did not have before. Although it was a day training course nothing felt rammed or rushed and had a nice even flow to the learning that lasted the whole session.

Really enjoyed the training. Esther made feel very comfortable as she was warm and approachable. I found the session to be not too confronting, as this is an area I feel very much less comfortable with!

Perfect amount of content for an hour long session, I felt the pace was perfect and learnt so much in an hour, really useful stuff that I'll be able to use immediately.

Overall very good. Was not looking forward to today and wanted to make the most of it and not be a boring session, but it was the complete opposite and was a great day.

I have attended online sessions previously but in person was far better, trainer, venue and course participants all helped my learning
