The contents for the first day was well designed. There were few aspects which were discussed and introduced were new to me and integrating those aspects in the work environment would bring positivity and best outcome.
Sarah facilitated the sessions at a good pace and afforded everyone an opportunity to be involved. The breakout rooms were a useful way to get to know some of the group. I feel confident Sarah will deliver the material we need and that she is approachable if we are experiencing issues.

Very great course as it has helped me learn a lot of techniques I wasn't aware of which if put into practice will definitely positively impact on my work productivity. It has also helped me to be able to reflect on myself and my work.

The course was well structured given it was remote, remote learning is very convenient but isn’t as effective for me as face to face. The course had a good pace and the facilitator conducted the group extremely well. My only negative was the pre course work and navigating around fuse, which I didn’t find the most user friendly.
