Really useful and practical session. It all made sense and will really help with some conversations I want to have with members of staff. Just need to put it into practice in order to retain it.

Good day. Tools link nicely. "Script" practising useful. Pre work for session / between session on prioritisation and time management very helpful.

Good pace

The structure was good and it was very helpful using the time to complete part of the assignments.

As always, I was after any little tips and tricks and usually end up with some really good tips to make life easier in the application. Some really good tips on this session.
