Really good balance of refreshing knowledge I already had with learning new functions and tips to improve my productivity when using Excel

Pace worked very well. I like that it was spread over 2 mornings as it gave more time for everything to sink in and kept me engaged. The content was just enough to feel that I got a lot out of the course without becoming too complicated and overwhelming. Gill was friendly, cheerful and explained things very clearly.

The course taught me exactly what I needed to cover. Gill, the trainer, was great, showing things step-by-step at a pace that suited the group and always happy to go over anything if necessary. The small group size made it possible to have personal requests addressed, which was much appreciated.

Teaching style was very clear.

Very informative and useful course. Has taught me the skills which I was hoping to gain, though felt some elements were somewhat duplicated from the Level 2 course; although more in detail. Sal is a great trainer and very engaging. Thank you!
