I thought Daphne was excellent. Very engaging, patient and full of knowledge. I would happily attend another course if she was the facilitator. Unfortunately for me, having been using SharePoint for at least eleven years, the course wasn't really of much value to me, aside from seeing how some areas of our business use SharePoint much better than we do. None of this is the fault of Happy though.
