Daphne and (Gill?) were very good, fun and engaging, some things I already knew how to do so it was nice reassurance that I have been doing them correctly. Learnt new functions around the background settings which were really interesting.

Good course, engaging and well paced. Facilitated learning from each other well through shared experience and discussion rather than dictating material.

Paul is very engaging, calm and encouraging. He creates a nice easy atmosphere where everyone felt comfortable to share. The course content is insightful and useful.

I wasn't sure what the training involved but I'm glad I attended. I should be able to add or remove people to Teams and this should make tracking team messages and documents much more efficient. Thank you.

Training was very informative and facilitator Christine made sure that everyone was involved and got help when needed. There's a lot of information to absorb and maybe a short break in the middle would be good. For me personally, follow up sessions would be beneficial, after I had a chance to try things/practise and after I 'digested' the knowledge.

A good and engaging session. I like that I've found several things I can action and explore further. Material is well delivered through various exercises. Lots of opportunities for self reflection.
