good course pace and content

I learnt so many new things about word that I can implement back at work, from simple, practical shortcuts to understanding how much more word can deliver for me and my team.

The content of the course was really useful and introduced several new subjects I'd never used before. Course was a little hold to follow at times due to trying to trouble shoot a team issue - but we did solve that issue for the team!

Really enjoyed today's workshop - a lot of food for thought. Lots of experiences that I can use to apply theoretical approaches.

My team is under going some changes on 01/05/2024 and there is a lot of anxiety and fears within the team. I will be using most of the information I learnt today to manage the team's anxieties/fears.

Really enjoyed the first day, did not disappoint as I was really excited by the content on offer.

The course met all of my objectives

This was an excellent course. I was a bit nervous about using Zoom for the first time however it was user friendly. I really enjoyed it and Rachael delivered the content in a well paced, kind and supportive manner.

Had a really good day. Was apprehensive before coning bit it was a thought provoking session and has made me think about my leadership style
