I really enjoyed the structure of the session, from the twist‑and‑lock blocks on the table, to the mindfulness exercise, and finally the chance to put our learning into practice. Nicky was an engaging and inspiring trainer who shared great stories, memorable quotes, and practical tips that I’ll definitely carry forward.
