I learnt quite a lot on this course and it was well structured

Marwa was a fantastic trainer, adapting to changing circumstances but always holding us to account.

Really great day, Marwa was fantastic and very knowledgeable/welcoming, and explained things in accessible ways. It was a lot to fit in - which is always the issue with such complex material - and it's hard to balance getting through the material and keeping people engaged, but Marwa did a good job! I loved that there were practical tools I could take away and use in everyday life too.

For a one hour taster it covered quite a lot.

Great tutor and i feel I will be able to "Google Sheet" very well when i get back to work. Venue is very nice and welcoming!

This was a great introduction to the Level 7 Apprenticeship and to Happy's ethos. It felt energising but relaxed; with good speakers, great facilitation and a good balance of opportunity to meet others on the course, learn what to expect and start the journey

This was a brilliant course with useful skills and resources. I felt that I absorbed a lot of the information quickly, and the breakout rooms were well structured.

Really love how with the ease Nikki makes us feel involved and makes us feel valued to talk about experiences.

Really good day. I was nervous about starting the course and unsure if I would have it in me to do it but I left feeling positive and confident and supported.

A first class experience, feel very well supported and "Happy" with our choice of provider. Feel that our values align with the course and looking forward to working with my cohort. Also really pleased that the majority of the learners are from the not for profit sector.
