I enjoyed it, occasionally it still felt abstract compared to more linear process models I'm a visual learner so I loved hearing about a more creative and visual note taking method

Good to see examples and have chance to have several attempts but not sure topic warranted a whole days training Doing group reflections and feedback felt more effective use of time than going through every single one by one

Fantastic trainer with great insights and skills. Knowledgeable to answer all our questions and give space for everyone to engage and take as much away from the session as possible. I particularly likes practicing and testing our the LS's as this opened our minds to how we would use these in future resident engagements.
I really enjoyed the course and learned so much. It was great to see that every topic and activity we covered throughout the day had practical applications that we can use in our forums and other meetings, both with residents and internal colleagues.
