Gill is a great trainer. Friendly, approachable and clear.
I think the sessions are good that they are interactive but in the break out groups in can feel quite difficult if people don't talk much.

Gill was so friendly and helpful in the training, and the additional docs are clear with plenty of opportunities for practice.
Gill's a whizz on excel, I always come away with some shortcut or tidbit which I didn't know before that I will use daily. I can sometimes feel very frustrated with excel in my day to day work, after a session with Gill I'm always amazed and enthused with all excel can do and how it can improve numerous tasks within my role.
Very useful and not only gave me knowledge, but also confidence and practical examples of when functions can be used.
