This was a great course. Serena was a welcoming and knowledgeable trainer, who kept me engaged for the whole two day course.

Serena was absolutely excellent and such a pleasure to work with. Her delivery was patient. measured and informative. We came away having learned so much and excited to start using the program.

Both sessions were fantastic. There was a lot of information but the pacing was perfect for me and many things were repeated allowing for extra practise or questions. I also enjoyed the independent challenges, they really helped me to learn about the different tools.

Really good session, great time keeping and excellent facilitation of getting everyone involved. Good balance of teaching content and allowing discussion and self reflection.

I found it really helpful to give me the tools to start thinking about what I might need to succeed in a team.

The session was informative and useful, providing tools that could be used in everyday tasks, like RACI, 1:1 tips, objectives creation. Though I'd appreciate more information on team performance standards

Excellent day overall

Excellent and really helpful course for me-pitched just right by Daphne (who was very patient with me!). It was very practical and user friendly and using the test document for practice was particularly helpful. Whilst no doubt I will have to practice and refer to my notes and the manual many times, I have seen the way I need to work and that's of such benefit to me. Many thanks!
