This was possibly the best training I've ever done. Paul was a fantastic teacher, he was kind and supportive while also bringing the right amount of challenge. The pace was perfect, the mix of activities too. Great amount of time for reflection while also really insightful to share with the wider group. Paul was very good at making sure everyone was heard and giving insightful comments and wisdom. Really really great.

Very engaging session, with lots of useful tips and conversations. Everyone had the chance to speak and be involved in the activities, answered all questions.

I’ve enjoyed meeting different colleagues in the organisation who I hadn’t met before. It’s been rewarding to achieve and complete a new course together. Nicky was a great facilitator and very positive. I’ve learnt some great tips which I’ll take away with me.

I leant a lot today on how to use a lot of the tools, how to search for things in all folders within share point. Teams i was not sure on how to use until today, i would highly recommend this course and will be recommending to my colleagues. The facilitator was excellent in her delivery and encouraged participation from the group.

It got me to do a lot of the thinking but the right questions were asked.

I thought Darren was a great facilitator - really energetic, friendly, and made everyone feel comfortable in the session regardless of their IT skills and experience.
