Loved this course! Loved the engagement and participation. No pressure, good communication between the entire group. Very interesting topics covered with lots of little tools to help manage workflow. The most important thing I learned was the importance of reflection on myself and my skills and beliefs. I have really enjoyed the course. Some of the topics were new to me and some were just labels for what I do already. I took new ideas from each session to work into my daily practice. I would recommend this course to all managers - new and experienced.
