Today's session could have been a very dry and intense session, however, Jo, Brendan and Sophie managed to make it very rich and reassuring at the same time. I felt very supported through the day (although needed to step out and was late due to commute). Thank you to Brendan for staying behind and helping me to navigate through the assignments.

Today's session was great. There was some additional wellbeing content added to our portfolio day.

This was a great and informative course which helps you look at how you can do things differently in the workplace. I really enjoyed the breakout sessions and the canva notes exercise as a group too. Overall a great course and I'll definitely be recommending to my colleagues as it gives great tips and info that will definitely help out in the office.

Useful day to gain clarity as we enter this next phase

It was an excellent training, well structured, really engaging and participatory. Paul was really reassuring and generous with sharing ideas about how to improve presentations, while facilitating an ongoing group conversation about the same.

This was possibly the best training I've ever done. Paul was a fantastic teacher, he was kind and supportive while also bringing the right amount of challenge. The pace was perfect, the mix of activities too. Great amount of time for reflection while also really insightful to share with the wider group. Paul was very good at making sure everyone was heard and giving insightful comments and wisdom. Really really great.

Very engaging session, with lots of useful tips and conversations. Everyone had the chance to speak and be involved in the activities, answered all questions.
