Quite important and relevant training which also need to be tailored to all leadership in the organization. It has really addressed what is actually there, what I am feeling , and knowing how to address through such training is exactly what I was looking after.

Overall Janet was an excellent tutor that encouraged interaction through out the day. Janet enabled a two way discussion/conversation that allowed the course participants to learn from each others knowledge and experience resulting in an improvement of our understanding of how budget monitoring is carried out in the organisation.
