Steve is a wonder and he is able to deliver sessions to get the most out of people. He is personable and honest. You couldn’t get a better facilitator
Fabulous course, giving great practical tips and advice to enable a happier place for everyone to work…….
Really enjoyed the course- I joined quite dubiously and am leaving really enlightened. I have learnt about managing both myself and my team better.
Excellent course that I have taken a lot of tips from which has helped build my confidence as a manager
Brilliant course. Steve is such a lovely man.
I enjoyed the course and am eager to try out some of the new techniques I’ve learned
Another excellent session. Quite a lot to take in though!!
Brilliant course that's clearly being updated to move with the times. Paul's an unassuming facilitator who created a lovely, learning environment for us.
I enjoyed how fast paced the session was and the fact I was given phrases I could use.
