A great session but very content heavy with lots of models. Great to attempt them but by the end of the day almost too much to digest and my head is now swimming with overlapping models.

I really enjoyed today's session. However, it was quite content heavy and most of the techniques will require quite extensive practice. I am not sure if I will be able to implement all of them in my communication till the next session.

Generally, I felt it was well paced and I was able to follow it. However when it came to areas that were more complicated and took more time I was conscious I was falling behind.
