EASY TO FOLLOW AND HELP GIVEN AT EACH STAGE

The free one hour course exceeded my expectations because I was able to take away tangible recommendations. I was worried it was going to be a selling platform for a longer course.
A perfect reminder of these awesome techniques I first learnt with Happy a while ago now. Some, such as 3210 are now part of my life (work and play), the others I'd like to try harder with.

For such a short course, I got a lot of useful techniques out of it! The 3210 idea was explained much better than I have had it explained before, which made it far more useful. I also found the idea of productivity being about mood management incredibly useful.
The training was great with lots of helpful input on different techniques and methods. Nicky presented it in a very pleasant way and engaged with the participants exceptionally well.
Nicky was an excellent facilitator - really engaging and moved the discussion along efficiently.
