Very well facilitated; Paul was great at involving all in the group in a manner appropriate to them. Good pacing.
Did not have personal contact with Admin staff but enjoyed the facilitator.
Overall the audience the fellow attendees were much younger and/or less senior in their career than I was expecting. I felt a bit like I was the most senior and had to moderate what I was saying to not look like "the big I am". I expected others to be at a more senior level to have relevant contribution to the discussions. Some didn't line manage at all and seem to be at relatively junior grades. It slightly diminished the value I think I got in terms of learning from others. People were good at meeting my access needs. Whilst the environment is still good, it seems a bit more corporate than the old building which had a greater authenticity because of its shabby chic environment.
Good course but I have attended this type of course previously.
Excellent course, at times difficult to apply some concepts to the constraints of the public sector, but useful tools to at least try to address many of the NHS leadership challenges
I feel that the course was rush at the end of the session, so last topic wasn't explained in as much detail. I didn't understand the last formula application used.
i had a lovely time and a lovely tutor. I felt very welcome and up to date at all times. I would definitely recommend the course.
Pace felt quite fast for a Level 1 course and i felt I was holding others up Air conditioning was a bit uncomfortable Really enjoyed the course overall and the amount I learnt
A really great session where everyone's personal development needs were addressed at the start of the session, and we all felt like we'd achieved what we wanted to learn by the end of the session. Everything was very clear and could be taken at our own pace, felt like a very useful session and very worth while.
