This was a helpful session and I appreciated Paul's style and use of coaching throughout as a way of unlocking many different things. It felt like we could have covered more ground perhaps.

As I'm not currently a manager, I chose this course to prepare me to become a manager in the future. As such, I wasn't really able to come up with examples for some sections, though tried to relate to my own experiences of being managed
