Esther was brilliant and delivered the training in a really accessible and lovely way that was understandable and interactive for all.

Esther was great - very friendly and confident and knowledgeable. it was sometimes a bit slow but that is the nature of sharing screens etc - she was really relaxed and welcoming and helped people build confidence

Enjoyed it and feel more confident about the fundamentals and how to create interaction in meetings

Esther was very good at engaging the audience and pitching the training at the right level. For me it was slightly basic but this was no reflection on the trainer.

Occasionally felt a bit fast but great to have the manual to go back and work through
