I enjoy these opportunities to learn and reflect and consider how I can improve my management and role-modelling. While some aspects of the training was a reminder, I learned new ideas too.

It's such a training I got, and very happy to have my eyes wide open to support a resilient organisation.

the training is very helpful. however the time is short. would be great if it could be a half day training so that we can share our experience more.

Quite important and relevant training which also need to be tailored to all leadership in the organization. It has really addressed what is actually there, what I am feeling , and knowing how to address through such training is exactly what I was looking after.
