I have found the course very useful. The methods learnt about how to structure meeting and 1-2-1 meeting, helpful which I can use in my daily routines. I have taken away a lot from this course.

Rachael was a fantastic facilitator. Kind, personable and engaging. The day was very well paced, with regular breaks and activities so the day never felt stagnant. She was also really good at creating a safe space and making everyone feel validated. She ensured to hear everyone out and take all of our thoughts on board. Good mix of breakout rooms and rotations and creative activities. Lots of room for learning as well as reflection.

Rachel was a very good Facilitator she gave lots of scenarios explained things very well and made you feel relaxed and welcomed through the training excellent work from Rachel thank you again you have made me want to be more confident in myself.

The course was very well presented. Share of knowledge was amazing, as was pace of being able to follow and practice Course was interesting
