It was a really engaging session and it has helped me to feel more confident in being able to chair an effective and productive meeting. It was a productive session that has given me tangible skills and ideas.

I took this course a second time, first at the start of my journey and role and again to reflect and to ensure that I was chairing effectively and to review as to whether I had gone to far the opposite way to when I first started. I have found the discussions and thought provoking questions very insightful and I now have a better understanding and plan moving forward. The Facilitator was really insightful and made the session really interesting and beneficial. Thank You.
