The session was really well-paced and structured and full of great information. There was quite a lot of repeating of content however from to the previous session which was a little confusing - but overall really great.

Give that this was an online event, it worked quite well and the facilitator kept it interesting and engaging.

I had a great day working through what it means to be assertive with inspiring women. Even though it was a video call, I felt it was a very personal, positive environment. I liked the structure - short breaks made it easy to stay energised. Good mix of team/group work and self study. I liked that there weren't any worksheets to download in advance as I always find those annoying. I'd say 8 and not 10 as I can imagine that some people would expect more theoretical knowledge / tools on how to be assertive, including assertive language.

The trainer was just excellent, patient and very pleasant. The trainer took my accessibility requirements to stride and went beyond by offering me a 121 session with my BSL interpreter via Teams. The pace and the structure of the sessions worked well in two days even though it was intense! I would highly recommend the trainer for future sessions.
