Enjoyed the content and the pace

I appreciated the flexibility that the facilitators had when we decided to combine the two different courses, and they overlap was really good. Great context and framework of both.

Great to learn new techniques and rules to maintain the emails.

Some areas weren't relevant, but learnt some handy tips and having the booklet to refer to is useful.
