This was a nice day away from usual work and I enjoyed the course. I enjoyed Pauls calmness and pace of training which put me at ease during the training to make it more enjoyable.
Enjoyable session learning and putting into practice new skills. Plenty of opportunity to get involved.
Good overview - particularly useful were the bits on comms, stakeholders and difficult situations
Well ran and organised training course - great use of external tools that allowed for exercises to be more engaging and collaborative

Course could have been shortened into half the time possibly, going round every person after every session became tiresome and everyone was just repeating what others had said.
A steadily-paced, interactive and well thought out programme which was very informative and relevant to my current work.
