A good balance of theory and practical application. Structure is very good and ensures a range of views and opinions are captured and expressed

I think over all the course was compact and could have been broken down by the major excel level 3 items such as vlookups, pivots etc. However, the trainer was excellent and did a great job at ensuring learning was achieved. I was also very please to see Happy showing diversity and equal opportunities in the trainers around disability.

Sarah was very informative, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend her to others and would be happy to have training from her again in the future. Sarah made the group feel comfortable and managed to teach me a range of things I will use in the future.

I started the session sceptical - and came out a coaching enthusiast! Found the resources and tasks really useful and particularly valued the space for practice and reflection (which underlined the value of carving out that space more often!)

Really good - I have been to a lot of line management training sessions and especially given that this was being done online I thought it was really interesting, engaging, helpful and well paced. Especially for a group of people who like to think of themselves as independent 'thinkers', it was thought provoking and the right level of challenge. Only one thought is that I really like the multipliers/diminishers theory, but possibly covering some other management theories or suggesting links to them might be useful

I think for me working off just a lap top from home I found it difficult to follow, understand and input all at once. Ideally you needed two or three screens and I guess for me attending a course like this in a room setting face to face with the lecturer would have been better.

I thought the course was very good, i already had some background knowledge of excel but now i will be able to use shortcuts and more variety in presentation.
