it has been really useful to use some of the techniques in real life rather than just reading how they work - practical experience enhances overall learning and they are potentially productive in terms of team/personal outcomes

Very positive One comment would be to not give so many options of different ways to do the same thing (e.g. with creating Range Names). This may have benefitted others though.

Great content. It felt like some big and very useful concepts were brought up but I would have preferred a little more depth into them - such as the neurological effects of mindfulness or more on the connection between physiology and psychology.

Felt it was maybe a bit rushed in the middle but the backup manual was helpful
