I enjoyed how interactive it was, this is my third online course I have attended over the last year and this has by far been the most beneficial for me and most engaging. I do however feel for my role attending a face to face course would have been more relevant to the training I provide as it isn't so much online. Rachael did a fantastic job at giving me examples of how I can transfer this style of training into the classroom.

There was a great balance of group reflection and contextualisation of our own individual experience before and during the review of various management and motivational theory. This made it much easier to understand where and how I can apply learnings for the betterment of my team.

Pace could have been a bit faster but overall great course

Sometimes too simple and not directly linked to what we will be doing in the bank. To generalist. In my opinion, it should be more focused on learning shortcuts to not use mousse.

Good interesting course

A good introduction, more awareness of self and how to implement new skills.

Good to re-evaluate own styles and behaviours. Sometimes difficult to think of examples on the spot! Nice, relaxed atmosphere within the group.
