It was a good interactive session and the facilitator is patient and friendly
I enjoyed the course though I knew alot of the material so more of a refresh for me but I learnt afew things
The trainer was wonderful. Really warm, friendly and knowledgeable. I found the course a bit too long and wondered if it could be cut down to a 2 hour course.
Because I did not understand fully the first course tutor- much learning didn't take place, As such, whilst this is not a reflection on today's teacher, it did make today's course difficult. However, I plan on using the training manuals and of course my colleagues who attended today for assistance.
Rachael was a great presenter and actively engaged with us on our training. It was collaborative and allowed for lots of engaging discussion and a few role play situations about giving feedback that were really useful.
I thought that the session was very engaging, the facilitator was both patient and encouraging . There was the right small number of people attending and the right pace too
A very good and insightful course. Can't wait for next week.
Sometimes it's hard to understand the trainer.
Really good session. My first training session remotely and thought it may be difficult to deliver remotely but the facilitator did a great job and used breakout rooms to great effect
