Good, maybe could be split into four days - whole day is quite long for training

This training has helped me learn new ways of dealing with difficult clients as well as how best to help myself after I have had a difficult day.

A good engaging course that y own objective of understanding basic coaching techniques to develop skill in evaluation abs delegation

Firstly thanks to Paul. I feel the session was very informative and there was great interaction between everyone in the group.

I really enjoyed the training but the only thing I would change would be the number of break out rooms, or put people in larger breakout rooms rather than 1-1. I personally found it quite a lot and would have rather had a few less 1-1s and more group discussion.

Great training course. A bit too fast at times for me, but great support from the trainer.

I liked the use of the chat. I thought the trainer was really good. Made it interesting.

Very helpful to fill in the gaps between what I had worked out for myself and what I didn't know.

It was fast paced, as the trainer tried to cover a lot of content in 2 hours. This content could be worth a session 1 and session 2, to digest content in between
