Validation for what I am doing - not much new, but structure and rationale. In new role it is about facilitating others to coach rather than just continuing to coach myself

Really enjoying the course so far. No one gives you a handbook on 'how to be a manager' and this course has helped develop me into a move confident and competent leader

I find those kind of training (when getting involve, participating, ...) much more difficult online than on person. But overall it was great, thanks a lot!

I enjoyed the coaching bits, even though it was challenging and took me out of my comfort zone. I also really enjoyed the prep work for this session, and will refer back to it in future I'm sure.

The training was very interactive. The facilitator assigned tasks to practice what he just taught us.
