Having been to other courses before where certain subjects would be tiptoed around , it was great to see that there was a safe forum to discuss any topic

I highly recommend this course for all managers and leaders across all industries. Nikki was an outstanding teacher & explained everything in detail, really well & in the perfect pace. This course will give an amazing understanding of how to be an effective, efficient and successful leader/manager whatever industry you are working in.

Todays session was interesting to me as the company in general are going through a lot of change in many ways and in quite a short space of time. There has been some useful tips which I believe can be applied to make any changes I'm involved with delivering to get more "buy-in" and a willingness to cooperate.

I felt it wasn't too slow or too fast and that all of my fellow learners were fully engaged throughout the whole day.

The instructor was lovely and delivered the course at a comfortable speed giving us the chance to ask questions when needed.

A great session, really in-depth. Thoroughly enjoyed!

Good session with great teachings and plenty of involvement so it wasn't just a case of listening and were able to do some more practical items.
