Really great training course, Daphne was really engaging and a great teacher.

Paul was an excellent facilitator - he listened, involved everyone equally and gave clear and concise guidance and important nuggets of advice.

Paul made time for us to do the pre course task that we hadn't done and still fitted in all the content. The course is interactive and a great opportunity to reflect on the ways I work. Useful tips on managing email boxes and shutting off notifications etc.

The course was very good, I just don't like really like too many break out rooms (this is not about the trainer I believe this is what online sessions have now) as I seem to go blank!! I felt the same at the course I did at the beginning of the month on self confience. I do understand it is to be interactive but I do struggle with this.

Gill was a great presenter and was very helpful and delivered the course so that everyone could benefit from it.
