The structure and pace was perfect for me and there was plenty of time for questions, reflections and engaging with the delegates. There was a misunderstanding of the start time but that was no big issue, as that allowed for initial discussion before the session started, time to get a coffee and check emails.

Really valued learning about diminishing vs. multiplying behaviour today. Will take this forward to grow those around me in a more efficient and productive way.

Great course with lots of useful information - felt even though many participants had different paces, we were all able to work through and be involved without being too pressured. The screen sharing made it very easy to keep up as I could have the course leader's screen alongside with mine.

E.B. was incredibly helpful, making sure that everyone was able to do each step before moving onto the next stage. I really appreciate E.B. ensuring we had any questions answered before ending the session - so helpful.

The group exercises needed more structure

Really interesting course, trainer was very clear, non-judgemental, calm, and had a lot of knowledge to impart. Good mix of media to learn from including audio, videos, visuals, examples and time to think/reflect.

Didn't even know what Power BI was before attending the course but Serena was excellent and guided us superbly through some of it's functions.

Thank you, it was very intense but worthwhile practical training and I can't wait to start using Power BI with our own data!

The course went well. Was very interactive. Learnt a lot of new things. Teacher was very patient and helpful. Was nice to go into break out rooms with teams. I have never done it before. Overall was a good experience.
