There was quite a lot of reflection on what we learnt in the afternoon which I think could have been shortened as we went over a lot of the same comments

Although I really enjoyed the course, I think I would struggle to use this in a work environment for my own role. However in personal life, this will be extremely helpful.

This was a nice day away from usual work and I enjoyed the course. I enjoyed Pauls calmness and pace of training which put me at ease during the training to make it more enjoyable.

Course could have been shortened into half the time possibly, going round every person after every session became tiresome and everyone was just repeating what others had said.
