Breaks could be longer, lots to process. As we don’t see each other much anymore ( working from home) we tend to want to talk as a team.
Ben was a great facilitator. He was very engaging, knowledgeable and patient enough to answer all of our questions.
much as i hate role play - i do wonder if it cd be useful - in small groups. especially re the challenging conversations
The course content was very informative and made me look within - i never knew about the Chimp paradox i have since bought the book watched more clips on you tube and my husband is bang into it himeself - this will be the making of a new improved me - i am most grateful
Well organised and facilitated really well.
A really engaging session and facilitator. It was impressive how consistent Paul was throughout the session, continuing listening and responding to everyone's comment which allowed the session to run smoothly. It was useful Paul asking/selecting particular people to feedback so not all the same people did.
The delivery and ambition of the course was great. Their IT worked too which is always a bonus. The overall philosophy borders on mind-blowing and I'm looking forward to learning and challenging this approach to leadership.
For me it was good - very helpful in the development of my soft skills. Thinking about ways to give staff greater ownership of their own working situation and practices.
Some really interesting content. It was good to see that people were able to engage despite a wide range of management experience in our group.
