Some colleagues needed more time or support to complete the practical tasks which meant we didn't cover everything in the course outline. The trainer coped well with this though.

I am a plodder and like time to consider what I am listening to. I am deaf and not well practiced on Zoom, though it has many similarities to Teams. Being only 15 minutes was good in that it was easy to fit into my working day and the presenters did fit in loads. It was a bit fast for me. I felt sometimes as if I was struggling to keep up. The emails with the course content will be useful and I will use them Overall it was good and it was intersting talking to others about the challenges of their jobs.
loved the sessions, learnt loads in the bite sizes, which was good, little tips to save time was great, looking forward to sharing and embedding them in practice, great and thankyou
There were a lot of techniques suggested / provided to try and I did like the format of coming back at the end of the day to follow up / recap on the results. Lots of food for thought of different ways of working. It was good to have the break out rooms to discuss through the shared learning too
We do cover a huge amount. I found the practical sections really enjoyable and a wider added value of the sessions.
Ebeji was fantastic, she quickly picked up the needs of the group and was able to provide stretch for those who were finding it easy and support for those struggling. She was engaging and her pace was really good!
Demonstrations were very clear, regular check-ins with us to see how we were digesting the information. Good pace and offered help to individuals when needed. Catering to the different levels of ability on the call. Good amount of breaks especially with extended screen time. Although have used excel a lot in previous roles was good to confirm knowledge and remember or learn new ways of working.
The trainer was brilliant and kept things moving but gave everyone a good chance to contribute.
